The world keeps moving forward as time stands still for me, I'm the kid with cancer, locked in battle to be free.
All us kids on chemo our lives are put on hold, As we fight to stay alive, our chances good were told.
Our attitude is courage we live this life each day, Just waiting for tomorrow, praying cancer goes away.
Walking on the edge of life were never looking down, United here in front of you. until a cure is found.

(((Dearest Barnes Family))), I am SO SORRY to read of your beloved, young, beautiful and loving daughter Miranda’s horrible disease and her sad death. As I read about her life, I know that she was such an incredible young woman taken from her loving family too soon. I know the pain, anguish and devastation you feel as you continue to ask…”WHY”. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family, as you travel along this horrible journey. The death of a child is the most devastating event of a parent’s life. The road of grief is a LONG and DIFFICULT journey; we as bereaved parents and our families need to live “one breath at a time”. My wife Bernice and I are the parents of a beautiful, loving, heavenly Angel Danielle Marie. On February 20th, 2006 at 11 years 1 month and 17 days old, our beautiful, precious and life-loving, young daughter, Danielle Marie died at 10:59am in an automobile collision in Sturbridge, MA (USA). She died of a massive traumatic head injury and was pronounced dead at the scene. We also have a wonderful, handsome 15 year old son, Jonathan. Take Care & May God give you & your loving family the strength and courage to guide you all along this terrible, emotional and relentless journey.

Happy 14th Birthday Miranda / Nancy (Mom)
Miranda,
Happy 14th Birthday in Heaven my darling girl. We went and got 14 balloons and we all wrote something to you on special balloons just for you and then let them go. The balloon I wrote for you decided it wanted to go first before we let go of the rest and all the others followed shortly after. Randy and Ingrid Warren, Gretchen and Reed, plus Aunt Betsy and Timmy, Uncle Bubba, your brother, Adam, and your step-dad, Guy, were all there thinking of you today and we are missing you so very much.
You would be going off to high school this August and it is so hard to realize you aren't going to be here so I can share in first loves, your prom, cheerleading, etc. You were so full of life and you brought so much joy to all those around you.
I miss your laughter, your smile and the warmth of your hugs. I miss you telling me you love me.
I love you so much and miss you more than words can describe. I will never understand why you aren't here with us.
